Security & Confidentiality
How we protect your data and access — the controls behind every BOSS engagement.

[PLACEHOLDER — review and finalize before launch.] Client trust depends on how we handle data and access. This page describes the controls we apply on every engagement.
Access control
[PLACEHOLDER] We use least-privilege access — each person can reach only the systems and data their work requires. Access is granted when a project starts and removed the day it ends.
Authentication
[PLACEHOLDER] Multi-factor authentication is required on all accounts, and credentials are stored in a team password manager — never in plain text or shared files.
Confidentiality & NDAs
[PLACEHOLDER] Everyone on your account signs a non-disclosure agreement, works only inside your systems, and reports to a named supervisor.
Devices & data handling
[PLACEHOLDER] Work happens inside your tools and portals. We avoid local downloads of client data and follow your data-handling rules.
Offboarding
[PLACEHOLDER] When someone rolls off your account or an engagement ends, we revoke their access promptly and confirm it with you.
Incident contact
[PLACEHOLDER] If you ever have a security concern, email info@bossdigitalsol.com and we will respond promptly.
